O Eisner Awards, o principal prêmio da indústria de quadrinhos dos EUA, divulgou a lista de vencedores deste ano. A entrega aconteceu durante a San Diego Comic-Con neste último final de semana. Entre os destaques está Tom King, o artista mais premiado da noite.
Sua série Senhor Milagre, que teve dois volumes lançados por aqui, que levou o troféu de Melhor Série Limitada. Ele também venceu como melhor roteirista pelo segundo ano consecutivo por seu trabalho no título do Batman. King ainda levou como melhor história curta por The Talk of the Saints.
Dias Gigantes, de John Allison, Max Sarin e Julaa Madrigal, venceu como melhor série e melhor publicação de humor.
Puerto Rico Strong, que tem a brasileira Adriana Melo como uma das artistas, levou como melhor antologia.
