Os indicados ao Grammy 2024 foram anunciados nesta sexta (10) e as mulheres seguem como um dos destaques da premiação este ano. SZA, Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish, Miley Cyrus e Taylor Swift, lideram as menções entre as categorias principais.
SZA, que se apresenta no Brasil no ano que vem durante o Lollapalooza, lidera com nove indicações, incluindo álbum do ano (SOS), música e gravação do ano (por “Kill Bill”). Victoria Monet, que se apresenta no AFROPUNK Bahia e Phoebe Bridgers têm sete indicações cada. Miley Cyrus, Olivia Rodrigo, boygenius, Brandy Clark, Jon Batiste, Jack Antonoff e Billie Eilish tem seis cada.
O pianista Jon Batiste é o único homem a aparecer entre os concorrentes a álbum do ano e gravação do ano.
Na categoria de revelação, que Anitta concorreu no ano passado, aparecem Gracie Abrams, Fred again.., Ice Spice, Jelly Roll, Coco Jones, Noah Kahan, Victoria Monét e The War and Treaty.
